The final empanelment shall be at the sole discretion of the company, subject to verification, internal due diligence, and execution of a formal Channel Partner Agreement.

You agree that all information provided by you is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Any misrepresentation or incorrect information may lead to disqualification or removal from the empanelment process without any further notice or liability.

All Channel Partners are expected to be RERA-registered (if applicable under the law of the respective state) and must comply with all regulatory requirements as mandated under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and any applicable amendments or state rules.

The information submitted through this portal will be used solely for internal processing, verification, and communication purposes. The Company reserves the right to contact you via phone, email, or any other medium using the information shared. Your data will be stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
